3. Products and Handmade Nature

All rings and accessories are handcrafted in our workshop.
Because of the use of natural materials (wood, carbon fiber, meteorite, opal, etc.), slight variations may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

We may update product information, prices, and availability at any time without notice.

4. Processing Time

  • Production time: 3–5 business days

  • Worldwide Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Couriers: UPS Express, Correos

  • Shipping Cost: Free worldwide shipping on all orders

Please note that production time is separate from delivery time.

5. Taxes and Duties

The price you see is final.
Customers do not pay additional taxes, duties, or customs fees. All costs are covered by Berch Jewelry.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Standard products can be canceled until they are shipped.

  • Custom or personalized orders (engraved rings, custom sizing, custom materials) can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    After this period, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

7.1 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

7.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The ring box and any accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or engraved rings

  • Custom-made pieces

  • Items produced explicitly upon customer request (custom inlays, custom sizes)

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees for exchange due to incorrect size chosen by the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

8. Lifetime Warranty

All Berch Jewelry products come with a Lifetime Warranty covering:

✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Material defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by improper handling

  • Mechanical damage from drops, impacts, or harsh chemicals

  • Normal wear and tear

9. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect delivery information

If a package is delayed, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

All payments are processed securely.
