Return Policy – Berch Jewelry


1. Overview

At Berch Jewelry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If something is not as expected, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, subject to the conditions below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return Policy.


2. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and free of signs of wear

  • The original ring box and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.


4. Non-Returnable Items (Important)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or engraved rings

  • Custom-made rings (custom sizing, custom materials, custom inlays)

  • Rings created based on special customer requests

These items are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.


5. Exchanges (Size Replacement)

We offer exchanges within 30 days.

If the incorrect ring size was chosen by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs

  • A new ring will be produced once the original item is received back

Production time for exchange items follows the standard 3–5 business days.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your ring arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Inspect the issue

  • Repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the case

  • Cover all shipping costs if the defect is related to workmanship or materials

This is covered under our Lifetime Warranty.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider (usually 3–10 business days)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Non-returnable custom items (as listed above)


9. Order Cancellations

  • Standard products: can be canceled before shipping

  • Custom/personalized products: can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
    After this period, production begins and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


10. Lifetime Warranty

All rings include a Lifetime Warranty covering:

✔ Material defects
✔ Manufacturing defects

Not covered:

  • Loss or theft

  • Mechanical damage from impact, chemicals, or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

11. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive:

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier

  • Replacement or refund options will be offered depending on the investigation outcome

Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.
