At Berch Jewelry, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
We aim to deliver your handcrafted ring quickly, securely, and with full transparency about delivery timelines.

This Shipping Policy explains:

  • Production times

  • Delivery times

  • Couriers used

  • How to track your order

  • Lost or delayed shipments


2. Production Time

All rings are handcrafted in our workshop.

Production time: 3–5 business days
This is the time needed to make your ring before shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers:

  • UPS Express

  • Correos España

Shipping is always free, regardless of destination.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Worldwide: 3–7 business days

  • USA: typically 3–5 business days with UPS Express

  • EU: 3–5 business days

  • UK & Canada: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal services, or peak seasons.


5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier information

  • Tracking link

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update depending on the courier.


6. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are covered by Berch Jewelry.
There are no extra fees for international shipping.


7. Taxes and Customs Duties

Customers do not pay any additional taxes or customs fees.
All duties and import charges are included in the final price.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages lost due to wrong addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to wrong address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs.


9. Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • High seasonal demand

If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.


10. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  1. We will contact the courier and initiate an investigation

  2. If confirmed lost, we will offer either:

    • A replacement ring, or

    • A full refund

Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement.


11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and ring

  • Contact us within 7 days at contact@berchjewelry.com

  • We will replace or repair the item depending on the situation
