What This Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear and intended use.

Covered issues may include:

  • Structural integrity failures

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Inlay separation under normal conditions

  • Craftsmanship-related flaws

If a qualifying manufacturing defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair the ring or replace it with the same or a comparable model.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Loss or theft

  • Accidental damage or impact

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals including bleach, chlorine, and sanitizers

  • Water immersion of wooden rings

  • Normal wear, surface scratches, or cosmetic aging

  • Finger size changes due to weight gain or loss

  • Resizing requests after 30 days

Scratches and surface wear are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.


Sizing Policy

We offer resizing within 30 days of delivery to help ensure the perfect fit.

Resizing requests beyond 30 days are not covered under this warranty and may incur additional fees.


Precious and Specialty Materials

Rings containing gold, platinum, solid silver, meteorite, diamonds, or gemstones may require additional material charges in the event of replacement due to the intrinsic value of these materials.


Limitations

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • The ring must be returned for inspection before warranty approval.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

  • This warranty provides repair or replacement only and does not include refunds.

  • One warranty replacement per ring, unless a persistent manufacturing defect is confirmed.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To begin a claim:

  1. Contact us with your order number.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the issue.

  3. If approved, return the ring for inspection and service.
