It arrived from Spain in the UK at the expected time, and I ran into issues with delivery with Royal mail, but it wasn’t Berch’s fault whatsoever. I kept in touch with him as to the delays and let him know when it arrived. my partner absolutely loves it. It’s a perfect fit nice and not too chunky. Really chuffed thank you so much! Met all expectations. 😊
The ring looks better in person. Very light, and a distinguished look. A nice subtle finish.

Item is high quality! The ring is a half size too small for us, so going to be sending back. Shipping was lengthy and I had to go to the post office to pick it up because they did not deliver to my home - very unusual. Worth it for the quality of the ring though, just wish it fit!

Seller is incredibly kind and the ring is absolutely perfect! When we received the ring, we realized the cost of shipping (due to customs) was actually very high, but the seller absorbs the cost. Item as expected. It is beautiful and well made. My husband has been wearing it for a day. He's a bit hard on his hands, hoping it holds up. I love the matte finish on the outside of the ring. The inner is more of a polished shine. Rounded inner edges as well.

I want to start by saying I wholeheartedly recommend this seller because they can do great work. The first ring my wife got me was incredible. It matches the picture and I found myself admiring it throughout the day.
Unfortunately, the 2nd one I got was subpar. The natural design in the wood is mostly sanded off and the edges of the ring are sharper than the first one.
I noticed these shortcomings early on, but I felt the ring was just adequate enough to put up with. It was only recently that these issues started bothering me but the return window has passed so I'm stuck with it. A more decisive person would have returned it right away so that's 100% on me.
Still, I'm somewhat surprised this one was sent out as it falls well short of the brilliant ring I received originally.
